How to apply for Post Study Work Visa-

  1. National visa application form.
  2. Valid passport (unexpired)
  3. Photograph
  4. Copy of the Initial Authorization for Temporary Residence and Work Permit (Autorización de Residencia y Trabajo por Cuenta Ajena)
  5. A copy of the work contract stamped by the Foreign National’s Office.
  6. A copy of the criminal record check certificate issued by your country of residence for the past 5 years.
  7. Medical certificate.
  8. Payment of the visa fee.

One-Year Job Search Visa

  • 12-month extension after graduation to find employment
  • Apply 60 days before or 90 days after visa expiration
  • Requires €7,200 in available funds and health insurance

Work Authorization During Studies

  • International students can work up to 30 hours per week while studying and can earn up to €300 to €800 per month.
  • Increased from the previous limit of 20 hours per week
  • Employers can apply for work authorization on behalf of students
