About the University of INTO-Manchester

INTO centre has joined Manchester College. Manchester College was formed in August 2008 by the merger of City College Manchester and MANCAT to form new INTO centre at Bridgewater house. INTO-Manchester College works in Collaboration with University of Manchester. This INTO centre provides pathway to degree courses from University of Manchester.

Sports & other Activities

Students enrolled at INTO Centre are eligible for facilities provided by University of Manchester. Sports facilities of University of Manchester are best in world. University of Manchester provides both competitive & recreational sports facilities. University of Manchester has 40 sporting clubs. Many of its sporting clubs compete in British University Sports Associations (BUSA). University of Manchester is equipped with aquatic centre. It is a high performance centre equipped with 50 meter main swimming pool, 25 meter training pool and fitness suite .University of Manchester has number of football, rugby and cricket pitches for its students. University of Manchester has student union. Student union is run by students. This organization is for students. Student Union looks after academic interest and welfare of students. Student union is a home of many different societies. It provides an opportunity to students to meet people and develop new skills.

INTO-University of Manchester is located near the heart of Manchester city. It is just five minutes walk away from main train station, bus station & shopping areas. Weather in Manchester is changeable. Weather in Manchester is unpredictable. In Manchester one can find warm summers and cold winters. In Manchester rainfall is higher then average rainfall. It is advisable to bring umbrella and warm clothes such as cap, long overcoat, gloves etc.
